Exercise
Exercise is an important part of our life, every morning as you recharge your mobile or brush your teeth same your body ask for energy, meditation is the number one tool and exercise is number two tool to boost your body. Through exercise, you feel positive, happy and energetic. Your day always spends on productivity. Doing yoga or gym or any other exercise keeps you motivated and happy. If you take a good diet and exercise then you always stay in the shape and who doesn't like to see in shape. I am doing yoga for almost 3 years and yoga has changed my life positively. A few years ago I suffered from depression and body diseases then yoga helped me to reduce my weight, depression and body diseases. Personally, I like to do yoga, recently I started gym as well and I am Experiencing good with gym too.
Balancing a body and life is a source of a happy and successful life. This lifestyle will encourage you to fulfil your dream and purpose. Don't waste your life to see others and what they thinking about yourself. Be yourself and focus on your purpose.
Benefits of Exercise:
1. Productivity: In the morning when you move and stretch your body then body activate and you feel activated, When I do a workout in the morning I always feel, happy, enthusiastic and energetic. I feel more productive and focused towards on work.
2. Procrastination: Procrastination less and work more. Yoga or gym always keep you focused towards on work, Through focus, you have less procrastination and you fulfil more your day and achieve the goals early. I was a really lazy person in my twenties, and always try to make excuses for every work. But for me, exercise really works. I always notice if I skip my workout I feel procrastination.
3. Happiness: Happiness is obvious if you are giving fuel to your body. Exercise is like fuel for your body, and the body needs this fuel every day for productivity and happiness.
4. Enthusiasm: Workout increases the enthusiasm towards your life your work and everywhere around your life. You always feel light and full of energetic.
5. No disease: A few years ago I had many problems in my body Thyroid, hormones imbalance, Vitamins deficiency and heavyweight. Then I started yoga at home and it's been 3 years of yoga and I have no thyroid, my hormones are working well and vitamins deficiency is also good that too without medicines. I have a high blood pressure too and It is still in my body but I am working on it. I have a deep faith It will be fine soon.
