Power of Lifestyle
Why I used power word here with the lifestyle? A few years ago my life was not appropriate as it should be. I used to eat junk food, no exercise, no meditation, less respect for elders, no love for thyself, I gained weight, fall in depression, anxiety, trauma, fired from a job, relationship problems and plenty more. I experienced all hurtful feelings on those days. There are many factors where Lifestyle matters. Factors which are related to our daily basic life like food, work, health, routine and daily activities. If we live with a good lifestyle then a human can experience a peaceful life. I only improved my bad lifestyle and habits, Now I am experiencing peaceful and loveable life. Here I would like to share my own experience of lifestyle. So are you ready for an amazing healthy lifestyle?
Before we start, I like to say, a person can't change a habit overnight. It takes time, so you keep going on and never give up, eventually things get on the right path. There are simple things which you need to do for a better lifestyle:
1. Become a morning person: Becoming a morning person is a really important habit for a good healthy productive life. Being an early person you always feel active and peace internally and externally. When I started to wake up early in the morning I started to feel good about myself and others. According to the Harvard study, this is already proved that morning person is more active, positive, happy and wealthy than a late person. A successful entrepreneur is early risers, they plan their day in the morning and set their goals accordingly. You can stay fit by doing exercise in the morning. Exercise is also an essential part of a good lifestyle which will discuss later. For many folks, it's difficult to wake up early in the morning. But the good news is, folks can change their habits. The famous writer of “The Power of Habit" Charles Duhigg said there is an amazing magical rule of change habit. They have defined their habit change magic rule in three things Cue-Routine-Reward. Suppose a person wants to change their habit then they have to choose a "Cue" For example wake up early is the Cue then set a "Routine" accordingly, Routine is the main part of this rule, if you have set a correct routine then you will get a "reward" which is the 3rd thing of the rule. Routine is an essential part of habit, If you have a daily routine then that daily activity eventually becomes a habit. You have to give some crave to you or benefit. Like you know after waking up you have to do brush your teeth so that you can get a healthy white and shiny teeth which is your crave for your teeth, now that is your habit because you are brushing your teeth from your childhood, that is stored permanently in your mind and you have a proper routine for brush a teeth. Same like you have to crave for your healthy, happy, peacefully, successful life by waking up early in the morning. So set your routine for a wake up early in the morning and this will be your first step for a good Lifestyle.
2. Meditation: Second section is mediation, for me this is the most important part of my life. Personally, I feel meditation has changed my entire life. Through meditation, for the first time, I felt that powerful energy whom people generally call god. A few years ago I started to do meditation without any suggestion and advice. That time I didn't even know how to do meditation. I don't even remember how I started and when I started. I just did it and still doing every day. My life was completely depressed, hopeless and scary. Before mediation, my life was completely different. I was a completely a different person. Then one day I got a spiritual awakening and many complicated things started to seems very simple and I felt life is very beautiful and simple. I was so happy, I felt there is some reason that's why I am here. Life is not meant to be an ordinary life, like get a married person, having kids, a car, a job, financial settlement, a house and lastly retirement. Life is meant to enjoy this journey happily and peacefully. There is no need for expensive mention or house, you only need a simple nature where you get everything.
There are plenty more interesting stuff related to meditation. If you really want to change your life then this is my high recommended suggestion to do meditation. Only 15 to 20 minutes are more than enough for good meditation. Meditation is love, life and pray. Please follow meditation.

3. Exercise: The third section is exercise, this is one of the most important parts of a good lifestyle. Exercise is as important as food. If a person does exercise every day then life will be more healthy, wealthy, productive and happy. Exercise is an essential part of our life. 30 minutes are more than enough for a good exercise. Habit doesn't build overnight so you have to commit to yourself each and every day for a good lifestyle. Exercise reduces depression, anxiety, anger and trauma.
Life is really beautiful, So before love to anyone, love yourself. If you keep healthy yourself then you are loving yourself. Parents always try to give their babies a healthy food because they love their kids unconditionally. Same wise you have to love yourself unconditionally then only you can live a lovable health life. I personally prefer yoga and walk for my amazing beautiful life. Yoga + Meditations is making your life positive and healthy. It's completely your choice to choose a good source of exercise. Recently I tried gym too and found a gym has their own benefits. So move your body and life will be on your side.

4. Motivational message: In every morning I always prefer listening to a motivational message, positive words give me more energy to complete my prioritize task and made my day positive. Words are one of the powerful tools which God has given us. Words can make your day happy and positive and can make a bad and unproductive day. If you listen to a powerful message in the morning, your day even becomes more happy, productive and calm. They say happy morning, happy day. A positive message lifts you up and always keep you positive. Sometimes people in the work, college or any situation say something which against to you and you started feeling down. But If positive and inspirational words are already in your mind then harsh words don't bother you and you stay positive and calm, even if the situation goes against to you.
There are many amazing people outside in the world who spreading amazing positive and uplifting messages like Jack Canfield(Author and speaker), Louise Hay(Author), Terri Savell Foy, Ralph(Infinite Waters), Brendon Burchard(Author and speaker), Robin Sharma(Writer and speaker), Vishen(Founder of Midvalley). For a focus and successful life, there are many amazing mentors who teach us how we can achieve a successful wealthy life. Oprah Winfrey is one of my favourite mentors, I personally follow her views and ideas. She is so positive, calm and amazing person on the globe. For Uplifting there is one of the wonderful channels in youtube Evan Carmichael which I like most.
For Spirituality, there is an amazing guru on the globe who I really like to listen like Eckhart Tolle, Michael A. Singer. Michael Bernard Beckwith.
There are many superb people in the world. If you don't have friends or feel alone, listen to them is one of the best uplifting and energetic ways.
5. Food: My forth section is food for a good and healthy lifestyle. Your food choice can keep you strong, healthy, motivated, positive, wealthy and in a good shape. Food is play a major role in our life. It all depends on your food choice. If you make a choice of good nutritious food then you will live a long and healthy life and if you choose processed food then you will get diseases and negativity, and trust me folks fruits are more delicious than a pizza. It all depends on you, it's your mind who is playing with you. Do not give any permission to your mind to control you. It's in your hand to choose your food. Choose a healthy food and you will laugh and laugh along the day
We are living in the 21st century and the food is getting worse every day. In the case of choice people always choose pizza, burger, doughnuts and street food which causes cancer and other diseases which count now a day's normal like sugar, blood pressure and other many problems. Parents give their kids the worst food and don't realize what they are doing with their kids. In very early ages, kids are getting dangerous diseases. Have you ever thought why this is happening with your kids or with you?
Food completes your life. We take energy from our food but nowadays we are consuming poison day to day life. For a healthy positive life, you have to consume a portion of nutritious healthy food. Food gives you a life. So always go for a healthy option. Avoid white sugar, salt, gluten, soda drinks and junk food.

6. Read good books: Reading is the best thing ever you can have in your life. Books always give you a good positive way to live a good life. You get the amazing knowledge from good books. If you don't have friends in your life then books can be your best friends. I always read good books which uplifts me and encourage me to stay in the present moment and live a positive life. You can find mentors, friends, and amazing people in good books. You get the best knowledge from books and mentors which you never got from school or college. There are many books which I read in my life and got amazing knowledge which I never received from school, college, parents and friends. I am not saying here they made some mistake or they did horrible sin, they even don't know about this knowledge because they never get a chance to get amazing lessons than how they can teach us? Reading gives you better knowledge, positivity, good environment, motivation and peace. Whatever I learned till yet I learned from books, I read amazing people and listen to them. Listening also a good option, there are many applications and social network in the market which is available, Audible is one of the best application where you can find great books and listen to them. You can find all the mentors and great people on YouTube. YouTube is one of the best source to listen to amazing people where they have share amazing life experiences.
Successful people always read good books and they really spend their precious time on books. Books are one of the reasons for their success. For a good and better lifestyle, you should read good books. Books which really inspires you and motivates you for a better and successful life. Through books you get to know more about really amazing people.
By reading you get the positivity, smartness, creativity, imagination, improvement memory, enthusism for achieve goals, lower stress level and stimulate your mind.

7.Life purpose: They say, if you don't have a purpose then you perish. Having a purpose is the most important part of life. Purpose can have anything, It could be making a video, writing a blog, learning a musical instrument, help others, baking, writing or establish a business. Having a purpose is the most positive and peaceful experience of human life. Ask every day from yourself what do you want to accomplish in your life? Set goals and do planning accordingly. Give at least 5 minutes every day on those things which you like the most.
Many people don't even know what they want from their life. Meditation is the only path to know your purpose. While doing meditation you realize you are alive and you get to know the reason to came here on planet earth. Living a life purpose is important for a healthy, happy and wealthy life. You came here on planet earth for some reasons. You don't need any special skills or education for your purpose. That is already inside you and trying to emerge by pushing you. Listen to your inner voice what is trying to tell you. Your inner voice never lies you. It always tries to gives you a hint to do something.
Don't do that job which is not serving you. Find a meaningful life which is serving you and give values to the world.
8. Remove clutter from Home: Removing clutter is an essential part for a healthy lifestyle. This is very important to clear your home and workspace for positive surroundings. If you really want to stay in a positive environment then keep your home positive and dirt free. Put some beautiful flowers, spread a soothing fragrance in your home. I personally clean my home every Saturday. For positive and healthy surroundings I always use flowers, candles, plants, spiritual Buddha, sometimes good music according to the mood and situation, a small temple, vision boards, mirrors, pyramids, positive thoughts and amazing paintings.
Most of the time folks spend their time in the office. So keep a few things in your desk which reminds you for your focus and vision. Put some inspiration thoughts, smiles and flowers on your desk. Speak with kindness, always give thanks and do appreciations, ignore negative people. Stay out of gossips and trash talks. I can relate how difficult is to ignore gossips and people but if you want to grow in your life then you have to stay out of it, amazing and good people eventually will come in your life. You will stay happy and grow high if you create a happy and healthy environment in the surroundings.
If possible put white or bright colour in your home. Brights colours attract the peace and good lights in the home. Always try to keep your home with natural lights. Getting morning sun rays in the home are the most positive and happy experience. Put natural things in your home. When you leave the house for office and come back in the evening you always get a smile on your face after seeing your home. So stay positive clutter free.
9. Love: The best relationship you can have, only with yourself. If you love yourself then the whole world will love you. Learn how to love thyself. You can only expect love from others if you are lovable. How another person can love you if you don't love yourself. Respect others with love. You came here on planet earth for love, not for materialistic things. Don't run behind those things which are not serving you. Love is everything, love is pure, pray, help and beautiful deep ocean in which you are drawn deeply. If somebody is trying to give you love don't ignore them because that is the only person who gives you valuable things which you deserve. Teach the people who don't love thyself, good things always give you fruitful results. I know we are not in a perfect world but we can spend our life with real values. Nobody is perfect, I am not perfect, you are not perfect then how you can expect that other person should be perfect. You came here on planet earth with a secret purpose. Try to find out that purpose with love and meditation. Don't hate the world, it only proves that you are hating yourself. Love is an essential part of our life.
Life is really amazing and beautiful, you only need to know about life secrets and yourself. Who are you? why are you here? What is your purpose? ask these questions again and again eventually things will clear to you. Don't waste your life seeing others, don't compare yourself with anyone. You are a unique being with beautiful qualities. You came here for a special purpose. Say I love you every day to yourself, to god, to your parents. Help them with your positive vibes and amazing qualities. You are here in this beautiful world because of them. Give thanks every day to them.
Love is life. Love is everything. When a newborn enter in the world then they only see everywhere with love. They observe everything with love. They don't compare anything, they hug everybody and always give the cute smile. They never keep anything inside, they are open, fear free, they always do what they like to do If you stop them they look into your eyes with surprise because what they are doing absolutely normal for them. They sill loves you if you stop them for thousand times. You came here with these qualities. Don't listen to society what they are saying, do only those things which you like to do.
Love thyself.
10. Prayer: I love prayer. I love you lord. I love you so so much. I can't imagine my life without you. I am here on this planet earth just because of you. I truly admire you. I can feel you, see you. Anything I am doing in my life just because of you. You taught me how to love thyself and others. I respect you, I praise you, I love you.
Folks prayer is the thing which you should accept from your heart. You are only here with amazing qualities because of that amazing powerful energy. He has already given you lots of energies. Energies stay inside you. Respect, love, accept, appreciate your body. Every day when you wake up in the morning, show your gratitude with love. Say thanks to the lord that you are grateful for the amazing life, amazing parents, friends, siblings, health, wealth, abundance and for all things which you have.
So you only need to do all the above amazing mention things in your life for a happy, healthy peaceful life. This all things are part of your life. These all are basic things for living a better life. Stay Happy Stay Calm.
