I love reading. A few years ago I was not aware of books, even I didn't know the values of reading. When everything was changing in my life, then I heard from Terri Savell Foy(Mentor) about books that how important is reading and this is one of the major keys to success. Then I started research on books, I started to listen to motivational audios, leaders and amazing people on the planet earth. I found so many authors and their amazing thoughts through books. Books have changed my life in many ways, I learned a lot from books and still learning. There are many factors in reading which I would like to share with you and how you can succeed in your life by reading...

For many folks reading are one of the boring things, they never want to read or learn something which is beneficial for them. Normally I heard from people so many excuses, oh I have an office, spouse, kids, day to day work, they always try to cover their excuses but they have 3 hours for TV, gossip and trash talks. I completely understand habit cannot change overnight but if something is beneficial for your success then is it really difficult to make 20 minutes for a positive and successful life? I don't want to impose anything on anyone. Here my intention is only to share with you, how my life has changed in a positive and healthy way. How I learned so many things from this amazing books. Even I was the same person who used to watch TV or to do unnecessary things which were completely not worth it. I still watch the movies but I try to spend my maximum time on those things which are good for my soul and health. 

 

When I started reading my interest goes up and up and I never stopped. It always depends upon personal interest, you have to find where is your interest. Personally, I like to read spiritual, self-esteemed, motivational, successful and personal growth books. I am still on a search about books and keep getting clues about books. There are so many amazing people who have amazing thoughts, their personal experience and how they achieve so much. All they have shared through their books. I would suggest everyone read good and real books and change your life for good.

 

 

1. Benefits of reading books: Personally, my life changed profoundly by reading. There are many benefits when you start reading:

 

Positivity and confidence: Positivity and self-confidence are one of the keys to reading because we are living a human life where everybody faces failures, obstacles, rage, loneliness and so many painful feelings and nobody can remove these feelings from his or her life, this is part of everybody's life. So there are so many people who always stay happy and peaceful, they are also humans and these feelings also their part of life so how they keep smiling all the time. A simple answer is reading. They always learn if they get a particular situation then how they can deal with happiness. Because they are reading those people who have written the solution in their books with motivation. If problems are the part of human life then the solution is also a part of human life. So why worry, eventually situation get normal no matter how the situation is bad, it will vanish from your life like darkness never stays with you, every morning everybody faces the sunrays in his or her glorious face.

 

Success: Everybody wants a successful life but many of them don't realize what he or she can do and how he or she can achieve their targets. Here I would say I get many answers to my questions from reading. When you do the study then only you learn, or you learn from your mistakes and lessons. Many of folks have already experienced setbacks and failures in their life and after then they get tremendous success in life, They all have shared their experience through books and audios. So before you do any mistake you can learn from reading. Along with this when you continuously read then you usually get many ideas where you might get really excited. Excitement is a sign of your right path, which you should pick and start the action.

 

Personal Growth: Books always teach you to live a life in a better way where you can grow as much as you want. This knowledge always remains with you. How to communicate with others, an art of the words, better relationships, good friends in life and Business or job. You learn all those things which makes you a better person in a personal way and for others.

 

 

Less Fear of anything: We all face fear but fear is not our enemy. Every prospectus which is related to setbacks, obstacles, failure and fear always makes us stronger and stronger and teach us how we can win a life. They all face a failure as well who have written all these books but they are winners because they win the fear, they accepted all those feelings which were against them. So you can also learn from reading, how to live a life fearlessly. They say if you have fear then you don't have success. Be fearless and live more.

 

Health, Wealth, Happiness: There are many folks out there who have wealth but not health and happiness. Many folks have happiness but they do complaints all the time about money. So reading is one of the keys where everybody can live with health, wealth and happiness. There is a formula as I mention in "Power of Lifestyle" blog for health, wealth and happiness. Learn from books how you can be happiest and wealthiest person in your life.

 

Habits for good: Reading is one of the good habits which you should adopt in your life. Reading always teach you to become a more good person who has all good habits which are required for healthy and happy. There are many books out there which are based on habits. Learn how to build a good habit in your life, once you achieve a good single habit, a smile will come into your face automatically and you will be peace from inside.

 

Spirituality: I love to pray, I am a spiritual person and I believe in a powerful energy which exists in every place and in every human. Personally, I always feel a light inside me which gives me to stay in a right path. There are many amazing folks who are experiencing a spiritual awakening and they have shared their experience through books. I always prefer to read them.

 

 

Self Esteem: Day by day I see those folks who have very low esteem, they always carry a heavy burden of low confidence and they think they can't do anything. If they fail once they think I am a big failure but the reality is, this is not true. This is completely a big lie to think a failure, less educated and low confidence. The most successful person is the most failure person. They never think they fail instead they think failure path was not correct, let me try another one and eventually they succeed. Never ever feel sorry about you. If you fail that's fine, try other things which you think is much better than before.

 

Food: Ahh, Personally Food is an essential part of my life. If you have no good habits of food then every part of your life is not good as much as it should be. Learn about food, almost every successful person talks about their food habits, they say a food is one of the keys to our success. If you have health then only you can enjoy wealth and then only you can live happily. There are many videos and books out there which is based on food. Pick a green juice instead of coca cola.

 

Lifestyle: We live in the 21st century, with the technology everything is growing, People believe in high society and high lifestyle but normally they forgot a few basic things which are essential for them. The disease is increasing, less happiness, less satisfaction, ruined relationship, ego etc, all are impacting in day by day life. Good lifestyle makes you a better person and spread the happiness around you. Books teach you about a lifestyle, better life and good human. So pick a good book and starts reading for yourself because it shows you love yourself.

 

 

2. My favourite Books & Authors: There are many books and authors which I personally like but  here I will share my 5 most favourite books and authors:

 

1. The Mastery of Love(Don Miguel Ruiz): Ahh, I love this book, I can read mastery of love all the time. This is a motivational relationship book. This book inspires you to love yourself unconditionally and keep empath for others. This books also teach you, you should choose your relations consciously with full acceptance and love.

 

2. The Four Agreements(Don Miguel Ruiz): This book is all about of four agreements and here an author is telling us, we all should follow this four agreements and personally I believe in these four agreements which are life-changing. Below are the four agreements:

 

  1. Be impeccable with your words

  2. Don't take anything personally

  3. Don't make assumptions

  4. Always do your best

  5. Breaking old Agreements

 

3. The Gifs of Imperfection(Brene Brown): No matter how much imperfect you are, how many times you have failed or disappointed others. If you have faced all these things it doesn't matter you are no one in your life. Personally, I feel if you are facing all kind of things which are against to you then you are on the right path and you are about to win. Because after a deep darkness you will go through from a bright light.

 

4. The Power of Now(Eckhart Tolle): Your life is not in past neither it is in future, it is only now. That's why the author is calling his book name is "The power of now". Past is not existing now so there is no sense to think about it, by doing you are only wasting your precious time. If you are creating now in a better way then your future automatically improving.

 

5. The Alchemist(Paulo Coelho): When you want something, All the universe conspires in helping you to get it. This statement touches my heart. Because I feel it. This is not merely a statement, this is a fact. You only need a faith and courage to fulfil your dream eventually you will win.

 

3. My favourite YouTubers: Youtube is one of the platforms where I found the most amazing people on the planet earth. Today Whatever knowledge I have just because of youtube. Initially, when I found youtube I was dedicatedly watching those people, days and night who were nothing but now they are healthy, wealthy and happy I only see the people who were sharing their personal stories and their talents and they achieve their dreams. I found Oprah Winfrey, Terri Savell Foy, Ralph(Infinite waters), Mimi and Alex ikon, Sadia Badiei, Jack Canfield, Brendon Burchard, Louise Hay and plenty more.

 

4. Best Time for reading and reading duration(Time and Days): There is no specific time for reading whenever you feel to read you can read. But as I heard morning is the best time for reading for 45 minutes. I try to follow 20 minutes power, 20 minutes reading, 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes meditation, 20 minutes cleaning. They say if you give 20 minutes anything in your life for 21 days then that becomes your habit. I do meditation 20 minutes every day but not other things because I have my own time for everything. But for developing a good habit then 20 minutes a good exercise. So start reading with 20 minutes in the morning. You will love it.
